- Article contains a reflection on the effects that are generated for the local economy and are caused by involvement in cooperation for the production of renewable energy, and concern the deteriorating quality of road infrastructure. This question issue is examined by analysis on local government status, possibility with regard to this sphere of roads management, and barriers to overcome to meet solutions that could help limit losses in deterioration of local roads condition.(original abstract)
