- Recent research carried out especially in German companies prove that it is not common either to settle accounts of controlling efficiency on the basis of market prices according to its exploitation nor continually analyze controlling processes and make efforts to reduce or even eliminate them. For this reason, this paper presents selected research results oriented on realization of controlling activities in Czech and Slovak enterprises. The research results are at the same time confronted with results of similar surveys carried out especially in Austria.(original abstract)
