- W III kwartale 2019 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury w budownictwie (IRGCON) przyjął wartość 11,4, mniejszą o 12,6 punktów niż w III kwartale ubiegłego roku. Głębszy spadek w porównaniu do analogicznego kwartału z poprzedniego roku był obserwowany jedynie w 2012 roku (o 28,8 punktów), czyli w kwartale dotkniętym kryzysem zadłużeniowym w strefie euro. W 2009 roku spadek wyniósł 11,1, czyli był nawet niższy niż obecnie (kryzys kredytów sub-prime). Spadkowy trend wskaźnika koniunktury obserwujemy już od ponad roku.(fragment tekstu)
In the third quarter of 2019, the general business climate indicator in construction (IRGCON) assumed a value of 11.4, lower by 12.6 points than in the third quarter of last year. The deeper decline compared to the third quarter of the previous year was observed only in 2012 (by 28.8 points), i.e. in the quarter affected by the debt crisis in the euro area. In 2009 (sub-prime crisis), the decline was 11.1, which was even smaller than at present. The business climate index in the public sector decreased compared to the third quarter of 2018 by 7.5 points, in the private sector by 13.6 points. In the current quarter, the lowest rate occurs for domestic enterprises of private (0.5), and the highest rates, similarly as in the previous quarter, occur in groups of state enterprises (38.0) and enterprises employing over 100 people (67.5). In the regional system, the highest rate occurs in the south-western region (31.3), the lowest in the central region (-3.3) and the macro-region of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (1.5).(fragment of text) - Dostępne w
