- W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe pojęcia związane z foresightem technologicznym, metodologię realizacji tego typu projektu oraz jego najbardziej charakterystyczne cechy. Przedstawiono genezę realizacji projektu foresightu energetycznego w Polsce z jego celem i zakresem oraz głównymi wykonawcami. Pokazano kluczowe etapy realizacji projektu, z podziałem na grupy tematyczne budowy poszczególnych scenariuszy rozwoju technologicznego. Przedstawiono zastosowaną w projekcie metodę delficką, konstrukcję kwestionariusza ankietowego z przykładami tez ogólnych oraz tez technologicznych opracowanych przez zespoły eksperckie. W podsumowaniu wyciągnięto wnioski co do zasadności realizacji tego typu projektu w Polsce. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In the work a basic terminology and assumptions connected with technological foresight as well as methodology of the project and its characteristic features were presented. The genesis of the technological foresight for fuel-energy sector in Poland, the aim and the scope of the project was described. The institutions participating in the project were presented. The main stages of the project realisation divided into thematic groups for the specific scenarios of technological development were described. The methodology used in the work was discussed with examples of general thesis and technological thesis elaborated by experts groups in eight thematic areas. Also the questionnaire, its construction and assumptions were shown. In the discussion the conclusions as to the value of the results of such project in Poland were drawn.
