- Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zasygnalizowanie niektórych problemów dotyczących oceny pełnego kosztu usługi mieszkaniowej, ich złożoności i trudności, jakie wiążą się z prawidłowym jego ustaleniem. W opracowaniu wykorzystano szereg pozycji literatury przedmiotu oraz przeliczone informacje statystyczne dające orientacyjny obraz rozważanych zagadnień.(fragment tekstu)
The present paper draws attention to the selected problems concerning the full (social) cost of the housing service. These problems are presented in the following sections. The first part shows the rank of the housing service in the national economy, presenting their place in the national income and way of viewing them so far in the statistical reports and giving a wide variety of opinions concerning the way of treating the role and function performed by the housing services. The second presents the level of investments for the housing economy in relation to the national income and investments in total (macro-scale). It also views the encumberance of the household budgets with the expenditures for the housing services (micro-scale). Further on, the financial sources, of financing the expenditures for the housing economy (out of the social means and the means of the population), with special regard to a very important problem of surcharges and allocations for the housing economy. The final part presents the views upon constituents of the social cost of the housing service as well as the present obstacles which occur in the course of establishing this cost.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
