- Głównym celem podjętego badania była eksploracja kluczowych czynników, rozpoznanych w literaturze przedmiotu, mających pozytywny wpływ na osiągnięcie sukcesu w biznesie w odniesieniu do polskich mikroprzedsiębiorczyń. Zidentyfikowane czynniki zaprezentowano w autorskim modelu badawczym. Następnie poddano je pogłębionej analizie w celu zbadania ich statystycznie istotnego wpływu na osiągnięcie powodzenia w biznesie przez kobiety prowadzące lub współprowadzące swoje firmy na terenie woj. mazowieckiego.(fragment tekstu)
The main objective of this study was to explore the key factors recognized in the literature to have a positive impact on business success in relation to Polish female micro-entrepreneurs. The identified success factors were presented in the theoretical research model. Subsequently, they were analyzed in depth to examine their statistically significant influence on the achievement of success in business by women-owned or co-owned micro-enterprises operating in Mazovia Province.(fragment of text) - Dostępne w
