- Firma Tedrive Poland zlokalizowana jest w Praszce w województwie opolskim. Ze swoim poziomem zatrudnienia ponad 880 osób i obrotem rocznym ponad 120 milionów euro znajduje się w czołówce firm województwa i jest największym pracodawcą w obrębie sąsiednich powiatów. Tradycja produkcji wyrobów metalowych, głównie dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego, sięga w Praszce ponad 50 lat. Zakład o powierzchni pod dachem 53 000 m2 zajmuje działkę o powierzchni 25 hektarów. Większość usług wspomagających działalność podstawową jest dostarczana przez firmy outsourcingowe, takie jak Hochtief Facility Management, Houghton - zarządzanie płynami, TCM- zarządzanie narzędziami, BDI- zarządzanie częściami zamiennymi do maszyn, CapGemini - IT, Jungheinrich - wynajem i obsługa wózków widłowych, LeasPlan - zarządzanie flotą i Securitas - ochrona. Firma wspomaga zarządzanie systemem SAPR3 i posiada certyfikowane systemy zarządzania: ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 i TPM. The Praszka Plant, built in the 1970's (historically the business started in 1950's) and originally operated as a state owned enterprise, then Visteon Poland S.A. and now tedrive Poland Ltd. is a manufacturing location of the tedrive group consisting of 4 production facilities and 5 engineering , with 2600 employees worldwide with 0,5 billion Euro revenue. tedrive is one of the world's suppliers of components to the automotive industry. tedrive Poland employs ca. 880 people and its annual revenue of 120 million Euro places the plant in a middle size range companies. T he current product portfolio: driveshafts, hot coiled suspension springs, aluminum pressure castings, angle sensors (lighting), door speakers and aftermarket applications. T he plant logistics embraces internal and external logistics as well as systemic logistics solutions like Kanban, SM F, material handling scenarios, warehousing, packaging management, Total Productive Maintenance or shipping processes.
