Abstrakt
Instytucje zarządzające funduszami europejskimi są zobowiązane przez Komisję Europejską do ich ewaluacji. W artykule zaproponowano mikro-makroekonomiczny model regionalnego systemu tworzenia wartości z uwzględnieniem wpływu funduszy strukturalnych. Oprócz tradycyjnych zmiennych, obrazujących stronę podażową i popytową gospodarki, model obejmuje również zmienne odzwierciedlające ochronę środowiska naturalnego, a także badania i rozwój oraz innowacje. Model może być wykorzystywany jako teoretyczne ramy ewaluacji z wykorzystaniem metod ilościowych i jakościowych. Model opiera się na podejściu systemowym, w którym podkreśla się współzależności i pętle przyczynowe zamiast jednokierunkowych relacji przyczynowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
