- Z pojęciem grupy nacisku wiążą się takie określenia jak grupa interesu i lobby oraz lobbing jako określenie ich działania. W artykule wyjaśniono pojęcie i zasady lobbingu. Przedstawiono zjawisko lobbingu we wspólnotach europejskich, regulacje i procedury działań lobbingowych.
The role of the EU as an international actor is of increasing relevance in the many field of economy. This shifts in power are noted and acted upon by interest groups, who realize that the power to take decision which affect them has moved to a new institutions and to new actors. One of the main consequences of these changes has been the explosion of lobbing both directly at the EU level and also via national administrations. Moreover, the EU institutions, especially Commision itself is very open to the lobbing process. Because of many problems, wchich appear in EU institutions it devised standard operating procedures for managing the process of intermediation with groups.(short original abstract) - Dostępne w
