- Omówiono zagadnienie cyklu życia przedsiębiorstwa w kontekście zapotrzebowania na kapitał, granice zrównoważonego wzrostu przedsiębiorstwa, przesłanki wynikające z tego rozwoju dla planowania finansowego, możliwe strategie wzrostu.
This article is an attempt to develop methods of financial planning in an enterprise combining opportunities and limitations resulting from its market and financial situation. A starting point in the principle of balanced growth which means that the growth of an enterprise measured by the growth of sales is a function of the rate of retained profit with unchanged sales profitability, marketability of assets and structure of capital. The growth of sales exceeding the growth of the company's own capital is possible provided that the above-mentioned relations are improved or the share of external capital in financing of the enterprise's assets is higher. The methodology of constructing such a financial plan presented in the article takes this possibility into account. Attention, however, is drawn to the fact that restructuring of assets aimed at the growth of their productivity is necessary.(original abstract) - Dostępne w
