- W opracowaniu podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy dotychczasowy, nieefektywny system emerytalny może obecnie być zastąpiony w Polsce przez model wynikający ze wzorów i tradycji anglosaskich. Autor opowiada się za zostaniem przy obecnym modelu i jego reformach oraz za odrzuceniem opcji zastąpienia go przez inny system.
The article discusses some reasons for the crisis of social insurance in Poland and presents the fundamental assumptions of the reform of the old age pension system in Poland basing on the programme entitled. "Your old age pension - security thanks to variety". It has been ponted out that the old age pension system based on three pillars differs from the solutions in other European countries. Moreover, there have been presented numerous restrictions as to the possibility of transition to capital systems in Poland as well as the arguments against replacing of the currently applied repartition of means in old age pension scheme. The article also suggests how to solve the problems of the current old age insurance in Poland. (original abstract) - Dostępne w
