- Proces magazynowania stanowi istotną pozycję w kosztach każdego przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule szczególną uwagę zwrócono na konieczność systematycznego sporządzania budżetu kosztów magazynowych. Pozwoli to kadrze kierowniczej na bieżące kontrolowanie poszczególnych pozycji kosztowych (koszty wg rodzajów), ze wskazaniem miejsc ich powstawania (podmioty kosztowe) jako główny punkt odniesienia przy ocenie kosztów rzeczywistych.
Summarising, the warehousing process requires large expenditures and represents a crucial item of costs of each production enterprise. Warehousing costs consist of the following items: storing costs, stock moving costs, warehouse building costs, warehouse fixtures, equipment and additional tools,part of the administrative costs. The management of the enterprise should prepare the budget of warehouse costs with any regular frequency in order to control the warehousing costs. Such budget allows the management to view the value of each cocts item (costs by type) and their place of incurring (cost centres). It serves also control functions as being the main criteria of actual costs evaluation. Resulting variances constitute elements of the warehouse structure quality appraisal, that should be linked to the internal motivation systems, what gives a chance to reduce the costs.
