- W artykule, przy użyciu danych pierwotnych, wygenerowane są parametryczne wartości użytkowania systemów komputerowych przez kasjerów w bankach nigeryjskich. Sugerowane jest interaktywne podejmowanie decyzji przez kierownictwo, aby uczynić cały system ekonomicznie wydajnym. Rezultaty niniejszych badań ukazują, że systemy komputerowe używane przez kasjerów w bankach są dobrze użytkowane i znacznie przyspieszają obsługę klientów. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether Computer Systems in the front of Cashiers in the Nigerian Banks are well utilized to satisfy all customers at the same time. Investigation to many banks reveals that queue of customers still persists despite the introduction of computer into Banking System.
